Track & Field · sport pack
A track and field training log for every mark.
Event groups, every mark you run, jump or throw, with wind and PR/SB flags. Sprints to multi-events, every result written down the way the results sheet has it, next to the training that produced it.
Track and field results
Every mark, with the context that makes it count.
Each result records: Event, Mark, Wind, Round, Place, PR, SB. Personal records and season bests are flagged on the record.

Training log and goals
Goals with the training behind them.
Set a goal, log the sessions that train it, and see the results that show whether it is working. Goals track athletes start with:
- Block start reaction
- Hold form through the last 50
- Consistent approach
- Even pacing
- Pre-race routine
- Top-end speed
- Clean exchanges
Readiness and load
The daily standard, in any event.
Check in, train, fuel and review — the same order every day.
- Morning check-in
- Sleep, energy, soreness, mind. Fifteen seconds, and today is planned around it.
- Training load
- Every session written down — what, how long, how hard. A trend, never a prediction.
- Fuel
- Meals timed to your sessions and competition. Never a weight cut.
- Evening review
- The game, the clip, the goal it moves. Evidence, not a feeling.
- The pain gate
- Log pain of 4 out of 10 or more and recovery leads; at 6 or more the app tells you to get it looked at by a qualified professional. It never says you are cleared to play.
The AI film reader, the tactical board, the study library and Match Review are soccer-only for now. They open for track and field only once they have been built and tested with track athletes.
